I recently spent a good city break at Pousada Dos Veleiros, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The cozy and modern colonial architecture instantly made us feel at home, while the outdoor pool became our favorite hangout spot after adventurous days exploring Nova Almeida. One of the highlights was enjoying a welcome drink upon arrival-such a nice touch! With its prime location by the sea, we not only indulged in the local nightlife but also took a scenic boat trip along the Rio Piraqueaçu, perfect for catching a glimpse of the marine life. Don't miss the chance to savor the traditional quindim near Praça dos Pescadores; it was the perfect sweet ending to our sunny days of exploration!
